Lizard King
Picture of a Common Sideblotched Lizard in Arches National Park. These lizards are very abundant in Arches, but are very difficult to get a good picture of since they are so quick. i was able to finally get a picture of one hiding under a sage bush before sprinting out of the location.

Raging Bull
You talking to me! Well he may not be raging yet, but this bull was later that evening. This is one of the bulls used for the bull riding competition in the Ogden Rodeo.

Howdy Partner!
Wendover Will is the desert cowboy standing just west of the Bonneville Salt Flats welcoming you to the desert gambling oasis of Wendover, NV. Apparently he was part of one of the first casinos in Wendover.

Picture of the Day
Close up of the sign at the Bonneville Salt Flats. I found the bullet holes through it pretty interesting.

Bingham Copper Mine
To the west of Salt Lake City is a very large hole which is the Bingham Copper Mine. The whole is deep enough to place two Sears Tower inside and not see the Salt Lake Valley.

Bonneville Salt Flats
Panorama of The Bonneville Salt Flats looking north up on of the 10 mile long race tracks. Apparently this is one of the flattest places on earth naturally which makes it a perfect place to set most land speed records.

Chinaman Arch
This arch is south of Promontory Point where the golden spike was placed at the completion of the Transcontinental Railroad. This arch was created naturally but named in honor of the thousands of Chinese that worked on grading the western portion of the Transcontinental Railroad and just off the right away of the Central Pacific mainline.
