This photo was taken out of my office window this morning of a fiery morning sky over the I-84 mountain pass.

Ogden Canyon

While returning from the failed fall mountain shoot, I was able to get a few shots driving through Ogden Canyon. The first one is a shot looking west in the afternoon creating the darkened canyon walls and water pipe across the canyon with a blue cloudy sky in the background. The second shot is of a waterfall that appeared from the rain storm earlier created by the runoff from the higher elevations to the canyon and into the Ogden River.

Fall colors are here. This shot was taken while returning from Snowbasin in an ill fated attempt to get some fall shots of an aspen grove which i was rained out from accomplishing. This shot was taken from the Snowbasin road heading over to the Pineview Reservoir.

I was out taking the recycling to the recycling center a few weeks back and saw these wild sunflowers along the road. Today while running errands I decided to take my camera and get a few pictures of this field and the mountains before fall sets in.
